The integral vision of Líderes Online School is personified in its director and founder, Marcela A. González Arinello, who boasts an impressive 36-year professional trajectory. Throughout her career, she has excelled in Educational Programs for regular students and those eligible for Special Education services. Furthermore, she has led high-impact projects in the use of technology in classrooms and has tirelessly worked to reduce educational gaps between teachers from the 20th century and students from the 21st century.

González Arinello is focused on transforming and empowering educators to advance and elevate learning, thus meeting the needs of all students in a changing world that demands an adaptable teaching system. Her commitment to educational excellence and her forward-thinking vision have been fundamental to the development and success of Líderes Online School.
Líderes Online School has a great team of subject-specialized teacher leaders, many of whom hold master’s and doctorate degrees in education, ensuring a high-quality educational experience. However, what sets these educators apart goes beyond their academic credentials. Each of them is incorporated into the professional team if they understand and demonstrate empathy and commitment to the importance of connecting with students’ emotional intelligence, transcending the limitations of the management system used for online teaching. These skills demonstrate interest and empathy in cultivating meaningful relationships and supporting students’ well-being, thus contributing to the success and satisfaction of learning for all participants in the different programs.
Líderes Online School represents an innovative educational proposal that seeks to transcend physical and social barriers, providing quality learning opportunities and promoting the integral development of students to turn them into leaders of tomorrow. Moreover, the fact that it complies with the rigorous requirements established by Law 212 of August 12, 2018, and holds its Basic Education Registration Certificate since the year 2020 and for the current year 2023-2024 [A 77-23], demonstrates the school’s commitment to academic excellence and regulatory compliance, thereby strengthening the confidence of the educational community in its work.
